Key Responsibilities

• Lead remote in-house legal team and manage outside counsel
• Advise on major corporate transactions and strategies virtually
• Ensure regulatory compliance across business units with remote workforce
• Develop and implement legal policies for distributed operations
• Stay current with evolving laws, regulations, and legal precedents in your specialized area
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives

Qualifications & Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant legal experience
• Substantial remote management experience
• Broad knowledge of corporate law in virtual environment
• Exceptional legal writing skills and attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal communication and client relations skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative professional environment

Education & Certifications

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school or equivalent legal education

Appropriate licensure in Florida or eligibility for admission
