Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk clients
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity (SAR filing)
• Assist with internal and external regulatory audits
• Develop and update AML training materials
• Collaborate with senior legal staff on case/project strategy.
• Maintain and manage specialized documentation and reports.
• Participate in internal training and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance/Legal/Business
• 2-4 years of experience in financial compliance or AML
• CAMS certification preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant legal or specialized software (e.g., e-discovery, compliance systems).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $51,188 - $59,525 per year.
