Key Responsibilities

• Manage case discovery and production
• Draft motions, briefs, and legal arguments
• Handle depositions and court appearances for non-trial matters
• Direct the work of paralegals and legal assistants
• Collaborate with senior legal staff on case/project strategy.
• Maintain and manage specialized documentation and reports.
• Participate in internal training and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• JD from accredited law school
• 3-5 years of post-bar experience in litigation
• Active State Bar membership
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant legal or specialized software (e.g., e-discovery, compliance systems).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $90,036 - $98,265 per year.
